Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a systems security engineer to lead development and implementation of security solutions for USAF SAP cloud initiatives. You will address vulnerabilities, recommend strategies, and collaborate across teams to connect classified systems to the cloud while applying RMF practices.

The role emphasizes threat assessment, infrastructure controls, and mentorship within a team focused on protecting national security assets.

Qualifications

Experience implementing NIST RMF risk management framework (RMF).
Leadership experience as an ISSO/ISSM.
Ability to write or review RMF artifacts for ATO packages.
Experience analyzing compliance and vulnerability scans and applying mitigations.
Experience supporting network servers, devices, or protocols.
Proficiency with SEIM tools such as Splunk or Elastic.
Experience interfacing with internal and external SMEs (PMs, SCAs, AOs).
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED (educational requirement).

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy infrastructure and cybersecurity controls across large enterprises.
Perform risk and vulnerability assessments in network, system, and application domains.
Leverage big data analytics to identify threats and indicators of compromise.
Communicate security concepts to diverse audiences, including senior management.
