Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
• Support virtual desktop environments and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all support activities.

Skills

Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Familiarity with virtual desktop and thin-client technologies

Education

Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field

DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I certification
