Job summary

Copper River Family of Companies seeks a motivated Helpdesk Data Analyst to provide user access management and data analysis support for a DoD logistics system in Beavercreek, Ohio. The hybrid role oversees processing access requests, troubleshooting, and reporting, while ensuring SLA compliance and security standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in DoD logistics or information systems, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with Excel. U.S.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process new user access requests per SLAs.
• Review and submit access packages for security approval.
• Troubleshoot user account access issues.
• Track and maintain user access requests.
• Respond to inquiries about system access and status.
• Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Prepare reports and briefings for management.
• Monitor workflow performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with security and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies and security requirements.
