Copper River Family of Companies in Florida is seeking an Operations Analyst to support planning, analysis, and process improvement for the SOCOM Information Environment at Hurlburt Field. You will assist government leadership by analyzing metrics and supporting strategic planning to improve mission effectiveness.

The role requires TS clearance, strong data analysis skills, and ability to communicate insights through reports and dashboards. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret and present operational data.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational performance and operational metrics.
• Support development of strategic plans and operational initiatives.
• Research industry best practices and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical briefings.
• Collect and analyze operational data supporting leadership decisions.
• Monitor organizational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders and technical personnel.
• Maintain operational documentation and reporting tools.
• Support resource planning and mission analysis activities.
• Assist with development of performance metrics and dashboards.
