Job summary

Systems Application & Technologies Inc (SA-TECH) is hiring a Heavy Duty Equipment Operator for the U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Utah.

The role is full-time, non-exempt and outdoors, with duties including operating heavy equipment for roads, towers and buildings, while adhering to safety and DoD requirements. Candidate should have a high school diploma, 2+ years of heavy equipment experience, a Utah CDL-A, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Specialized training and at least two years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• Valid Utah CDL-A license.
• Commitment to a productive, collaborative environment.
• Current license; able to be insured for company vehicles.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance within 90 days.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical and periodic retests.
• Must pass background screening (SSN, driving record, criminal background).

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment to assist construction, road/grounds maintenance, tower erection, and facility construction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
