Job summary

LTC Solutions, LLC seeks a Business Specialist to provide mid-level financial, analytical, and budget support to DoD and Marine Corps clients. The role focuses on POM formulation, financial exhibits, and resource planning in a challenging government environment.

The position requires an active Secret clearance, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Hybrid work is possible in a dynamic team setting with a commitment to quality and client service.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 5+ years of experience providing business, financial, budget, program, or analytical support to Government personnel.
• Experience with budget formulation, execution, and financial analysis.
• Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret financial data.
• Experience developing analyses, reports, metrics, and recommendations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support POM formulation by collecting and analyzing program and financial data.
• Develop and coordinate financial exhibits, budget documentation, and justification materials.
• Track budget execution, obligations, expenditures, and funding status.
• Conduct cost-benefit, trend, variance, and other analyses to inform decisions.
• Prepare briefings, reports, analyses, and decision-support products for leadership.
• Coordinate with Government financial managers and stakeholders to validate data.
