Job summary

VivSoft seeks a Contract Analyst to support the Defense Health Agency in managing acquisition and procurement activities within a mission-driven environment. This role covers the full contract lifecycle, including planning, analysis, and execution, while ensuring compliance with Federal and DoD regulations.

The ideal candidate will provide analytical and advisory support to ensure effective contract management and timely, accurate, and compliant procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Active Public Trust clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, law, or related field.
• Federal procurement experience: 5+ years as a Federal employee (1102) and 5+ years supporting acquisitions.
• Expert-level knowledge of FAR/DFARS and DoD policies.
• Strong price and cost analysis experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience with IAE and DoD Acquisition Systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end acquisition lifecycle activities from planning to closeout.
• Perform price and cost analysis to evaluate proposals.
• Interpret FAR, DFARS, and DoD policies for compliance.
• Provide advisory support to program offices on acquisition strategies.
• Resolve procurement challenges through detailed analysis.
• Develop, review, and manage contract docs and solicitations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align with mission goals.
• Support implementation of new acquisition initiatives and processes.
• Utilize acquisition systems to manage data and reporting.
