Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Pueblo, CO seeks a Security Control Official to enforce security policies, handle emergency procedures, and support investigations. The role also leads Crisis Management activities and ensures compliance with USG and DoD contracting requirements.

Candidate will oversee DD254s, PERSEC, visitor control, and security plans while maintaining secure personnel records and coordinating with external vendors.

Qualifications

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
• Experience with DD-254 forms and DoD contract security classifications.
• Experience conducting insider threat investigations and workplace violence concerns.
• Experience managing access control, surveillance, and IDS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform Security Control Official duties ensuring policy compliance and emergency procedures.
• Lead Business Resilience and Crisis Management site activities and drills.
• Monitor program operations for regulatory compliance.
• Enforce all regulations related to USG contracts and security controls.
• Provide in-person security support and maintain personnel records securely.
• Contribute to delivering DD254s, PERSEC, visitor control, and security plans.
• Interpret physical construction standards for restricted areas and ensure coverage.
