Job summary

Empower AI is seeking a DSCA Deskside Technician to provide on-site support across Crystal City, VA and Monterey, CA. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while applying DoD PKI policies for SIPRNet token issuance.

You will act as a Trusted Agent with independent judgment, manage vulnerability remediation, and coordinate with J6 cyber teams. The role requires DoD experience, strong documentation, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise endpoint computing, IT systems analysis, or classified network administration.
• DoD/J6 experience and PKI/Trusted Agent operations preferred.
• ITIL v4 Foundations, Security+ and related certifications listed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze hardware, software, and connectivity incidents across DSCA sites.
• Design workstation imaging configurations to user specifications.
• Serve as DoD PKI Trusted Agent for SIPRNet token issuance.
• Document decisions and remediation steps in ServiceNow/DPAS.
