Job summary

ProSidian Consulting seeks a Digital Training Facility Manager to oversee DoD training labs at Fort Hood, coordinating schedules, maintenance, and asset security while ensuring access to ALMS/EMS and VTT resources. The role supports training readiness and real-time instruction for military and civilian personnel.

The DTFM works with an Engagement Team Cadre to deliver hands-on training, MOS/ATIS/VTT programs, and secure, mission-ready lab environments. U.S.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management experience in IT support or IT management.
• Bachelor degree in computer science, information systems, information technology, or computer engineering.
• U.S. Citizenship required; eligible for Top Secret/ Q clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee student scheduling, supervision, and training.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and interaction with EMS Technicians.
• Replace monitors, desktops, and servers as needed and verify operation.
• Maintain facility security and assist students with DTF assets.
• Provide metrics/reports to Management and Stakeholders.
