Job summary

Galapagos Federal Systems, LLC is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to support the integration of development, security, and operations for a DoD system. The role emphasizes secure, automated software delivery within CI/CD pipelines and Agile sprints.

The ideal candidate has strong DoD RMF knowledge, experience with AWS GovCloud, and familiarity with Fortify, Sonatype, and JIRA. Must be a U.S. citizen with DoD clearance potential.

Qualifications

• Requires DoD/DoW security standards knowledge and RMF.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines that support secure, automated software delivery.
• Automate functional testing and integrate automated test cases into the DevSecOps pipeline prior to deployment authorization.
• Ensure system delivers CI/CD capabilities across environments and is resilient and secure.
• Support quarterly Agile sprint cycles with bug fixes and priority updates.
• Apply ASD STIG requirements to software architecture, development, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Dev, Ops and Security teams to maintain secure, compliant systems.
