Job summary

KBR’s Product and Technology Solutions Division seeks a Cybersecurity Manager to lead all DoD cybersecurity efforts, RMF implementation, system authorization, and vulnerability management. The role ensures enterprise information systems stay compliant with DoD requirements while safeguarding critical mission systems.

The position requires DoD Top Secret clearance, 15+ years of information security experience, and DoD/NIST expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Minimum 15 years of information security experience with DoD/government knowledge.
• Experience leading cybersecurity teams in enterprise IT environments.
• Experience implementing RMF and DoD system authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cybersecurity personnel for enterprise IT and mission-critical systems.
• Direct implementation of the RMF process.
• Oversee DoD system authorization, accreditation, and security assessments.
• Manage vulnerability assessments using eMASS, HBSS, ACAS, and other tools.
• Ensure compliance with DoD directives, NIST standards, and 8570.01-M requirements.
• Develop cybersecurity policies, procedures, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cybersecurity activities with Government customers, engineering teams, and program management.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to cybersecurity professionals.
