Job summary

Dynamo Technologies, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Policy Analyst to support the DLA TFS Vulnerability Management Program. The role focuses on reviewing and developing cybersecurity policies per government requirements and providing technical support by assessing IT policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of cybersecurity policy experience.
• Experience supporting DoD cybersecurity policies, procedures, and processes.
• Ability to develop cybersecurity artifacts for RMF, STIGs, IAVMs, and Task Orders.
• Ability to update POA&M entries and remediation actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Review, consolidate, and develop cybersecurity policies in accordance with government requirements.
• Provide technical support to programs regarding cybersecurity policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
• Assess existing IT policies to align with operational and security requirements.
• Support implementation of DoD cybersecurity policies, procedures, and processes.
• Develop cybersecurity artifacts supporting RMF artifacts, STIGs, IAVMs, and Task Orders.
• Maintain and validate RMF artifacts and cybersecurity documentation.
• Update and track POA&M entries with findings and milestones.
• Generate cybersecurity reports and trend analyses from vulnerability data.
• Brief senior management on policy changes, updates, and progress.
