Job summary

SarelaTech is seeking a Cybersecurity Policy Analyst to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Enterprise Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP). The role develops, reviews, implements, and maintains cybersecurity policies, SOPs, and governance to strengthen enterprise cyber defense and incident response operations.

You will collaborate with government stakeholders, cybersecurity engineers, and compliance personnel to ensure documentation aligns with RMF, NIST guidance, and DoD requirements,

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field.
• 7+ years of DoD/federal cybersecurity policy, governance, or RMF experience.
• Experience drafting policies, SOPs, TTPs, and technical docs.
• Knowledge of RMF, NIST guidance, and DoD directives.
• Experience supporting compliance activities, inspections, audits, or assessments.
• Strong technical writing, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Effective communication with technical teams and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, maintain, and update cybersecurity policies, SOPs, TTPs, and operational guidance.
• Ensure policies and documentation comply with DoD, DLA, NIST RMF, and related standards.
• Support assessments, inspections, audits, and compliance activities.
• Assist RMF documentation and cybersecurity packages for DLA programs.
• Plan and support cybersecurity tabletop exercises; produce AARs and lessons learned.
• Develop and deliver cybersecurity training, briefings, and awareness materials.
• Prepare documentation and status updates for governance and readiness.
• Collaborate with operations and government leadership to implement policy updates.
