Job summary

Electrosoft Services, LLC seeks a Cybersecurity Engineer to provide enterprise‑level cybersecurity engineering and sustainment support for a DoD environment, focusing on Web Application Firewall technologies including F5 BIG-IP ASM.

The role includes designing, testing, implementing, and maintaining security controls across the full development lifecycle, with emphasis on DoD procedures and documenting SOPs.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of relevant IT experience.
• DOD Secret Clearance.
• Eligible for IT I.
• IAT level III per DOD 8570/8140.
• CND-IS per DOD 8570/8140.
• F5 Certified Technology Specialist (ASM) certification.

Responsibilities

• Configure, apply, test, maintain, and optimize WAF policies for DoD websites and applications.
• Identify security requirements with stakeholders and translate them into WAF configurations.
• Perform maintenance, patching, upgrades, and changes for WAF environments.
• Analyze security requirements and recommend controls and configurations.
• Support testing of WAF policies prior to production deployment.
• Troubleshoot WAF issues and implement corrective actions to improve reliability and security.
• Coordinate changes through Government change-management processes.
