Booz Allen is seeking an Application Security Engineer to support cloud-ready DoD enterprise architectures. You will work with cutting-edge platforms to secure web traffic, TLS/mTLS, and PKI in complex environments, collaborating with DoD clients and teams to troubleshoot architecture issues.

The role requires a Secret clearance and hands-on experience with F5 BIG-IP, reverse/forward proxy technologies, and enterprise security best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years supporting DoD enterprise architecture.
• 4+ years designing, implementing, and administering F5 BIG-IP.
• 4+ years with in-line break and inspect solutions such as reverse web proxy and forward web proxy.
• Experience configuring TLS and Mutual TLS on a proxy.
• Experience working with DoD clients and stakeholders troubleshooting issues in an enterprise architecture.
• Knowledge of cryptography protocols and standards, including TLS, mTLS, hashing algorithms, and PKI.
• Secret clearance.
• HS diploma or GED.
