Job summary

Leidos is seeking multiple Security Control Assessors to support our assessment team. These roles are based in Alexandria, VA, Fort Meade, MD, or Chambersburg, PA with on-site work predominating and occasional light telework.

Expect up to 80% travel and frequent collaboration with the SCA team to assess DoD systems and networks for RMF compliance. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, applying STIGs, and documenting findings in eMASS.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Current DoD 8570 IAM II or IAT II certification.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% for assessments.
• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field with 5 years of cybersecurity experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cybersecurity assessments, audits, and inspections for DoD organizations and partners handling DoD information or connecting to the DoDIN.
• Evaluate systems and Defensive Cyberspace Operations using cyber threat emulation and testing.
• Adhere to policies and processes for each assessment type.
• Coordinate logistics, test plans, and scope with the SCA Team Lead.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and document findings in eMASS.
