Job summary

Leidos is hiring several SCA-R Validators to assess programs’ security posture and develop improvement reports. Roles are primarily on-site across Alexandria, VA, Fort Meade, MD, or Chambersburg, PA with up to 50% travel.

You will lead assessment visits, coordinate with ISSMs/PMOs, and prepare authorization packages under RMF and DoD processes. The position requires DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility, IAM II/IAT II, STIG/SRG/POA&M experience, and strong risk analysis capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of cybersecurity or network security experience preferably with DoD programs.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and required IAM certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly updates using government tools; maintain records and tasks.
• Coordinate with ISSMs/PMOs on mission, security architecture, and changes.
• Conduct RMF-based cybersecurity assessments, risk analyses, and A&A tasks.
