Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst in Huntsville, AL, to support DoD information systems and enforce cybersecurity standards across lifecycles.

The role requires deep DoD cybersecurity knowledge, RMF experience, and proactive risk management, working with ISSMs/ISSO s and cross-functional teams. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering full cybersecurity lifecycle for DoD systems.
• 5+ years integrating cybersecurity and program protection standards for networks and apps.
• Experience with ATO packages, RMF docs, vulnerability assessments.
• Familiarity with ACAS, eMASS and HBSS.

Responsibilities

• Support ISSMs and ISSOs across a portfolio of Army programs.
• Implement and enforce DoD cybersecurity policies for IS and PIT systems.
• Coordinate corrective actions in response to cybersecurity incidents or vulnerabilities.
• Maintain up-to-date cybersecurity documentation accessible to authorized users.
• Review reports from penetration tests, static code analysis, and vulnerability scans.
• Analyze network architecture, data flows, and org charts for cyber risks.
• Participate in improving system security posture and securing custom apps.
• Develop SSPs, SOPs, and RMF artifacts to ensure compliance.
