Job summary

ORBIS Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead the NSWC Corona Cybersecurity Assurance and Monitoring contract.

You will serve as the primary interface between ORBIS, government customers, and partnering organizations, directing a team delivering RMF, IA, and A&A services. The role requires strategic leadership with proven DoD/Federal experience, managing a diverse team, and ensuring on-time, compliant delivery while driving continuous improvement and policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or PMP substitute with relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years managing IT or cybersecurity teams, with at least 5 years as program manager/primary customer interface.
• Minimum 5 years direct DoD/Federal Government IA/Cybersecurity program experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as ORBIS primary point of contact for COR, TPOC, and command leadership.
• Oversee full lifecycle of cybersecurity service delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality results.
• Mentor and direct ISSMs, ISSOs, NQVs, and cybersecurity analysts.
• Develop and maintain Master Schedule for A&A packages, RMF, and monitoring milestones.
• Conduct periodic program reviews with government stakeholders; report status, risks, and performance.
