Job summary

Sentar, based in North Carolina, is seeking a Project Manager to lead a DoD-focused program at Fort Bragg. The role requires guiding a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and cybersecurity professionals, ensuring on-time delivery within contract requirements.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in program/project management, including DoD or federal IT experience, and strong communication skills to convey progress to stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree and PMP are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 4 years supporting DoD or federal IT or Cyber initiatives.
• Experience managing and leading technical teams of at least 10 personnel.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to translate technical progress to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution in accordance with contract requirements.
• Manage a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and cybersecurity professionals supporting operations and enhancement activities.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, performance tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Indigo IT and stakeholders.
• Coordinate system interfaces and data exchanges with external applications.
• Support efforts to modernize architecture and reporting functionality, including business intelligence, data visualization, and secure financial data handling.
• Track and report status, milestones, and deliverables to government stakeholders; lead internal and customer-facing reviews.
