Job summary

Vista Global Solutions, LLC., as part of Bristol Bay Native Corporation, seeks an Information Technology Project Manager to support our contract at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, PMP or CAPM certification, and at least 10 years’ IT project administration experience. You will lead project planning, coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage risk, ensure compliance with DoD and Army requirements, and present updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and PMP or CAPM certification required.
• 10+ years experience as a IT project administrator.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills.
• Technical background in software development and web technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of DoD/Army reporting requirements, policies, and regulations (Information Assurance).
• Familiarity with ITIL and service management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects to determine products/services, coordinate activities.
• Serve as a team leader, assign tasks, and review work.
• Define scope, requirements, and deliverables with customers.
• Develop and implement project plans to meet objectives.
• Monitor risk and ensure quality control processes.
• Provide presentations and briefings to stakeholders.
• Ensure training and documentation for customers.
