Job summary

SAIC seeks a Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for the DC3 TABO Task Order, supporting DC3 CIO and CS Directorates. Qualifications

• US Citizen and active TS/SCI clearance required.
• PMP certification is required.
• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years overseeing manpower for complex projects.
• Minimum 5 years financial and performance monitoring of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and oversight of contractor and subcontractor personnel to satisfy all PWS requirements.
• Facilitate Government and Contractor communications using industry-best standards.
• Track and document requirements and activities for continuous monitoring and evaluation.
• Ensure all tasks are accomplished in accordance with the PWS.
• Maintain authority to make decisions and commit the prime Contractor's organization.
• Proactively alert Government to contractual, programmatic, and resource issues.
• Develop, maintain, and update the PMP, Stakeholder Communication Plan, and Risk Management Plan.
• Schedule, coordinate, and host the Kick-Off Meeting within 10 business days of award.
• Develop and provide Monthly Status Reports and present at Monthly Technical Status Meetings.
• Notify Directors/Deputy Directors via PNRs of issues encountered.
• Manage transition-in (IOC) and transition-out activities.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Key Personnel qualifications and timely MSRs.
