Job summary

CTC Group seeks Contract Maintenance Professionals to support SETA roles for the Government. You will administer contracts, draft modifications to TTOs, track funding, and monitor performance to ensure compliance and timely delivery of goods and services.

The role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph, strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, slicers), and experience in cost/schedule/performance tracking with NSA financial systems (FACTS/CMIS) preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance on contracts.
• Experience using NSA financial systems (FACTS/CMIS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update burn rates, perform burn rate analysis, and track funding dates.
• Review invoices per desk guide and report discrepancies to Government Contract Manager.
• Draft modification to TTOs and refine requirements within contract scope.
• Prepare TTO/Delivery Order funding tables and de-obligation forms.
• Review requisitions for accuracy and communicate corrections to BFMs.
• Track funding, costs, and CLIN/SLIN at multiple levels.
• Analyze contractor estimates for alignment with burn rate guidance.
• Assess QAR data against burn rate analysis before submission.
• Ensure funding plans align with contracts and spend plans.
• Assist validation of ULO and TAR lines; identify overruns/underruns.
• Track award fee pool and calculate earned fee; monitor interest.
• Assist in funding estimates for CRs and spend plan build.
