Job summary

Pinnacle Government Consulting, Inc. is seeking experienced Records and Information/Knowledge Management Systems Administrators with extensive experience managing Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online projects for a DoD component.

The role focuses on assessing, implementing, and managing process improvements and compliance efforts under NARA and DoD requirements. The position requires handling governance, data retention, and the administration of SharePoint applications across environments, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
At least four years of related work experience.
Active Security Clearance required.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute business process improvements for client needs and regulations.
Manage day-to-day program activities, document requirements, and assess risks.
Review federal policies and assist in client Component implementation.
Lead project activities for establishing and improving M365 environments and SharePoint Online governance.
Develop process controls and tools for records management and data retention.
