Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and contractor activity as required.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports and communicate with site contacts.
