Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor-DOD Clearance Required in Englewood, CO. The role oversees on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, training, and contract compliance to ensure safe, reliable service for our clients.

Applicants must hold an active DoD Secret clearance, meet licensing requirements, and have supervisory security experience. The position offers hourly pay of $29.71, weekly pay, and a Saturday-Wednesday 6am-2pm schedule with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (must have).
• Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of application.
• Pass state-required training or licensing as needed.
• Minimum one year verifiable supervisory experience in security-related industry or higher.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline (or equivalent).
• 18 years of age or older; 21 if armed (where required).
• Ability to operate radio/console equipment and communicate with the public.
• Strong written and verbal communication; good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and maintain data/incident records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for security personnel.
• Maintain overtime at minimal levels per AUS guidelines.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure service quality and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and post-order preparations; respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions as needed.
• Recommend productivity improvements and cost-reduction measures.
• Propose security surveys and updates to post orders.
