Qualifications

• Experience in security supervision or operations management.
• Ability to supervise staff, manage schedules, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all security functions on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum designated by AUS.
• Inspect personnel performance to guarantee service quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll processing, incident reports, and security surveys.
