Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance is required.
• Valid driver’s license per policy requirements.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace/defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, exterior areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report issues to appropriate personnel.
• Complete activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation accurately.
