Job summary

Raytheon in Andover, MA is seeking an onsite microelectronics technician for the 1st shift (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM). Starting wage is $20.50 per hour. The role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance and U.S.

citizenship. You will perform fabrication, inspection, and assembly tasks, monitor equipment, and maintain quality and documentation. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to pass required assessments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency (GED) required.
• Ability to successfully pass required assessments related to the duties/tasks above.

Responsibilities

• Follow verbal, written, video, and computer instructions.
• Perform microelectronic and microwave fabricating, screening, assembly, inspection, and trimming operations as directed.
• Operate multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously.
• Monitor process equipment for specification compliance and assist with quality checks.
• Mark, stencil, and paint per process requirements.
• Conduct quality assurance checks and verify lot integrity.
• Move and retrieve product, material, and tooling as needed.
• Perform rework and other duties to ensure production goals are met.
• Maintain workspace, tools, and equipment in good condition.
• Keep records, move materials, and follow safety rules.
• Support additional duties as assigned.
