Job summary

Leidos in Beavercreek, OH seeks a cleared Logistics & Supply Support Specialist to support DoD programs, ensuring material availability, supplier coordination, and delivery performance across the life cycle.

In this role you will coordinate material receipt, inspection, storage, and disposition, maintain accurate records, analyze logistics data, and collaborate with program teams, GSC, and property personnel to mitigate risks and ensure on-time mission support.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Bachelor's degree in a logistics or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years in logistics, material management, or supply chain
• Experience coordinating material requirements, deliveries, or receiving activities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP/logistics systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex assignments

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program material and supply requirements with cross-functional stakeholders
• Assist with supplier research, requirements gathering, and price/lead time comparisons
• Maintain accurate logistics, material, supplier, receiving, and transaction records
• Track material requirements through the acquisition and delivery lifecycle
• Coordinate material receipt, inspection, storage, movement, and disposition activities
• Support government accountable property processes and record-keeping
• Analyze material availability and lead times; identify risks and propose corrective actions
• Provide logistics information to support PO administration and closeout
• Apply FAR/DFARS and export-control knowledge; escalate compliance issues
• Protect sensitive information per policy and guidelines
• Participate in reviews, inventories, audits, and process improvements
