Job summary

You will work with technical staff and purchasing agents to manage orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment across multiple sites. A DoD Secret clearance is required, and cost-point proficiency is valued for procurement tasks.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Associates degree or HS diploma/equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience using CostPoint or similar procurement systems.
• High attention to detail and ability to communicate with upper management.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Place orders for materials and supplies with Leidos staff.
• Track orders and provide delivery updates to staff and customers.
• Receive orders, notify purchasing, and deliver material to various locations.
• Support multiple projects across the Directed Energy Directorate.
• Collaborate with purchasing agents to ensure timely fulfillment.
