VIAVI Solutions is a global provider of network test, monitoring and assurance solutions for telecommunications, cloud, enterprises, first responders, military, aerospace. A cybersecurity specialist is needed to design secure architectures for classified systems and to support RMF/ATO and audits.

The role involves configuring firewalls/IDS, leading risk analysis, and coordinating with government sponsors to ensure compliant security solutions across multiple systems.

Formación

• 2+ years professional experience in administrative, regulatory, or compliance roles.
• Experience conducting trainings and briefings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to work in environments where cell phones are prohibited (20% of the time).
• Eligibility to obtain U.S. DoD Security Clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, design and build security architectures for DoD classified systems.
• Oversee network security and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.
• Configure firewalls, IDS, and related devices.
• Lead RMF/ATO processes and prepare evidence for audits.
• Coordinate with Government Security Council and report on risk status.
• Provide strategic direction for security programs and RMF artifacts.
• Administer access control and CCTV systems.
