Job summary

CAE USA Inc. in the United States is seeking an Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to join the Classified Cyber Security Team supporting DoD programs, ensuring that all classified information systems meet cyber security requirements and government directives.

The role requires DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level III credentials, strong leadership, and collaboration with program management, cyber engineers and stakeholders to drive security across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree with related experience or STEM degree with significant relevant experience.
• Active DoD 8570.01-M IAM Level III credentials (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Experience managing cybersecurity requirements in SAP/SCI environments.
• Strong communication, leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Classified Cyber Security Program with PM leadership to meet cyber goals.
• Assist offsite personnel to achieve USG certification requirements and training.
• Lead Cyber Security team, mentoring and ensuring milestone success.
• Liaise with government Authorizing Officials for area responsibilities.
• Apply JSIG and RMF to IA requirements and risk assessments.
• Develop system documentation for authorization, security management, and monitoring.
• Coordinate continuous monitoring using SIEM and cybersecurity tools.
