Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
• 24 hours of college level quantitative courses and a calculus course.
• Excellent verbal communication, written, and quantitative analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret and/or Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of budget execution documents and recurring reports.
• Manage collection, validation and update of financial execution data in the budget execution database.
• Conduct program budget execution reviews and analyze spending.
• Prepare and transmit funding documents; produce briefing charts.
• Monitor major program contracts and support funding decisions with data.
• Support development of requirement validation and prioritization processes.
