Job summary

Acquisition Professionals (AP) LLC is seeking a Program Manager with DoD experience to oversee blood management reporting, analysis and metrics. You will coordinate with DoD customers, gather data, and present briefs to determine efficiencies in support of contract performance.

The role requires directing technical deliverables, maintaining client communication at senior levels, and guiding teams toward measurable outcomes and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize, direct, manage and review technical aspects of deliverables.
• Maintain and facilitate lines of communication across the client interface at senior levels.
• Meet with customer and contractor personnel to review task plans and deliverables.
• Help develop mission, vision statements and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Report, analyze and create metrics for blood management programs.
• Submit Monthly Progress Reports detailing expenditures, progress and issues.
• Propose data-driven initiatives to meet defense needs efficiently and compliantly.
• Track KPIs to measure impact of implemented solutions.
