Job summary

New Directions Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence & Application Support Analyst to join our DoD-focused team at China Lake, CA. You will analyze data, build dashboards, and deliver reliable reports to support decision making in a SAFe Agile environment.

The role requires 2+ years related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and U.S. citizenship; you will validate data, troubleshoot dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions to improve reporting quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required U.S. security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required due to federal contract and/or security clearance requirements.
Experience with SQL and/or Python queries.
Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SSRS, or Python.

Responsibilities

Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data, reports, dashboards, and business applications to ensure high-quality outputs.
Develop and maintain BI dashboards, reports, metrics, and visualizations to support stakeholder decisions.
Perform QA checks on data sources, calculations, and report logic prior to release.
Support data transformation and reporting activities while maintaining data integrity.
Gather reporting requirements and translate into actionable dashboards and metrics.
Provide responsive customer support and communicate data limitations and solutions.
