Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data, reports, and dashboards. You will develop BI dashboards and support stakeholder decision-making, ensuring data quality and accurate outputs.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. On-site work in China Lake, CA with strict access requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience.
• Must obtain and maintain the required U.S. security clearance.
• Experience with data analysis, dashboard development or reporting support.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, charts, pivot tables, data models).
• Experience with SQL and/or Python queries.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or SSRS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data, reports, dashboards, and apps.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards, reports, metrics, and visuals.
• Perform data validation and QA on data sources, calculations, and logic.
• Support data transformation, wrangling, and reporting while preserving integrity.
• Identify data anomalies, investigate root causes, and resolve issues.
• Gather requirements and translate into actionable dashboards and metrics.
• Provide responsive user support and communicate data limitations clearly.
• Build positive stakeholder relationships through reliable service and communication.
• Support process improvement to enhance reporting quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and apply Agile practices.
