Job summary

Integrated Data Services Inc. is seeking an Air Force Management Administrator in El Segundo, CA. The role focuses on Education Management, Unit Deployment/Readiness, and personnel management within DoD programs.

Candidates should have DoD experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage documentation and training records. The position requires coordinating training budgets, performance reports, and executive support activities, with travel possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years’ experience with a minimum of 2 - 6 years of direct DoD experience in one or more of the specific areas listed above.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Education Management: plan, organize, administer and evaluate training and professional development programs.
• Unit Deployment/Readiness Management: support deployment readiness and prepare for deployment/redeployment.
• Enlisted/OPR Management: maintain and update military performance reports and related briefings.
• Supplies Management: collect requirements, process requisitions and manage inventories.
• Space Allocation Management: track space requirements and utilization reports.
• Executive Support Services: prepare reports, correspondence, calendars and meetings.

Bachelor's degree in business management or related discipline
