Job summary

Kalman & Company is seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Analyst to work with Federal and DoW clients. The role involves leading analytics studies, developing GenAI-powered agents, and integrating AI systems within secure DoW environments in Stafford, VA.

The position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance and 5+ years of data science/analytics experience, including 2+ years supporting AI efforts. A bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• 5+ years of data science/analytics experience.
• 2+ years supporting AI efforts within DoW.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physical Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with GenAI and LLM-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of analytical products supporting DoW capabilities.
• Architect, build, and deploy GenAI-powered agents in secure DoW environments.
• Develop multi-agent AI systems using government-cleared technologies.
• Integrate GenAI systems with DoW data sources and legacy systems.
• Engineer secure, auditable AI pipelines per governance requirements.
• Create AI-assisted tools for CARD preparation, cost models, and OR study documentation.
• Provide AI/ML expertise to program managers, engineers, analysts, and DoW stakeholders.
