Job summary

COLSA is seeking a DoD Acquisition Analyst in Warner Robins, GA to gather, analyze, and evaluate information for USG programs. You will support major acquisition events, prepare documentation, and assist with cost, schedule, and performance analyses across program life cycles.

The role requires 10 years of DoD experience (or 15 with a HS Diploma), plus the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Strong MS Office and Adobe Acrobat skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 10 years of DoD experience, 3 in DoD.
• Or HS Diploma and 15 years of related experience, 5 in DoD.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Support DoD acquisition events and reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.).
• Assist with databases, metrics, reports, and status updates.
• Analyze program activity, plans, and policy implications for USG.
• Translate requirements into RFP documentation and support JCIDS.
• Coordinate with Air Force and DoD entities to resolve issues.
• Develop staff summaries, drafting materials, and IMS schedule inputs.
