Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to provide technical leadership, architecture guidance and L3 production support for Enterprise Content Management and document processing platforms. The role focuses on platform stability, complex issue resolution, upgrades, migrations and operational excellence.

You will lead critical incident management, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure security and regulatory compliance across Life Sciences content

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Application Support, Technical Architecture, or Platform Support.
• Experience with AWS: EKS, RDS, etc.
• Strong understanding of repository administration and content management concepts.
• Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting (Oracle/SQL Server).
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and application integrations.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release).
• OpenText LS REST, DocuVela Sync, Content Migration experience is a plus.
• Azure or AWS cloud exposure.

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience in AWS Services - EKS, RDS, etc..

• Experience working in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical environments.
