Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC seeks an experienced Technical Architect to provide technical leadership for Enterprise Content Management and document processing platforms. You will ensure platform stability, guide upgrades, and drive operational excellence across IT teams and vendors.

Responsibilities include L2.5/L3 production support, incident resolution, architecture design, and safeguarding security/compliance while maintaining detailed runbooks and documentation.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in application support, technical architecture, or platform support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Documentum LSQM D2, Documentum Content Server, xPlore, DA, DFC, CTS, Workflows & Lifecycles.
• Extensive experience with OpenText InputAccel and AWS services (EKS, RDS).

• Provide L3 production support and technical leadership for content management platforms.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of critical production incidents.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, migrations and release activities.
• Design and review technical solutions to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.

The role is responsible for ensuring platform stability, resolving complex issues, supporting upgrades and migrations and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide L2.5 / L3 production support and technical leadership for content management platforms. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of critical production incidents. Support platform upgrades, patches, migrations, and release activities. Design and review technical solutions to improve performance, scalability, and reliability. Manage content repositories, workflows, lifecycles and security configurations. Collaborate with business users, development teams, infrastructure teams and vendors. Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures. Monitor application health and proactively address operational risks. Maintain architecture documentation, support procedures and operational runbooks. Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills
14+ years of experience in Application Support, Technical Architecture, or Platform Support.
Strong hands-on experience with: Documentum LSQM D2 Documentum Content Server xPlore Documentum Administrator (DA) Documentum Foundation Classes (DFC) Content Transformation Services (CTS) Documentum Workflows & Lifecycles OpenText Input Accel Extensive experience in AWS Services - EKS, RDS, etc.. Strong understanding of repository administration and content management concepts. Experience with SQL and database troubleshooting (Oracle/SQL Server). Knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments. Experience with REST APIs, web services, and application integrations. Familiarity with Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management processes (ITIL). Good to Have Skills OpenText Life Sciences Solutions (LS REST) DocuVela Sync Content and document migration experience. Azure or AWS cloud exposure. Monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, SRE. Experience working in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical environments. ITIL Foundation Key Competencies Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to lead critical incident management and stakeholder communications. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong documentation and governance capabilities. Continuous improvement and automation mindset.
