Qualifications

• Experience leading a documentation and coding program.
• 3-5 years of progressive healthcare documentation, coding, or risk adjustment experience.
• At least 1 year of people leadership.

• Manages the coding team, vendor performance, and strategic initiatives.
• Establish productivity and quality standards; develop team capabilities and drive workflow improvements.
