Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with commercial lending.
• Familiarity with commercial credit terminology.
• Experience reading and analyzing complex legal documentation.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently with proactive escalation.
• Adaptable to a rapidly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review documentation to facilitate closings and lien perfection.
• Support Loan Administrators with complex documentation and tasks.
• Assist Market Leader in directing workflow and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with vendors, legal counsel, partners, and clients for accuracy.
• Lead pre-closing and closing processes for Corporate and Commercial lending.
• Manage incoming and outgoing payments from Borrower and Lenders.
• Book updates in Loan IQ for new commitments, amendments, or restructures.
