Lockheed Martin Program Planning and Documentation at SWFPAC in Silverdale, WA is hiring a Documentation position to support production operations. You will work with Lockheed Martin and Government customers to update Ordnance Data and related documents, creating reports and maintaining procedures with strong attention to detail.

The role involves using MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word, participating in audits and meetings, and providing back-up support in the Documentation Library during peak

Formación

• Proven ability to use MS Office and PDF editors.
• 1+ year of roles requiring high attention to detail.
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role.
• Able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Eligible for DoD Secret clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Lockheed Martin and Government customers to prepare and incorporate changes to Ordnance Data and other SWFPAC documents.
• Edit and modify procedures; maintain configuration control of missile and support equipment documentation.
• Create reports and metrics for status and workload using Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Support audits, meetings, projects, proofing exercises, and duties in the Technical Data Center (TDC).
• Provide back-up support in Documentation Library functions during peak workload.
