Job summary

NextGen Equipment Finance, LLC is seeking a Documentation Analyst to support lease and funding contract generation and other operations from document request to funding.

The role maintains working documents, audits new lease applications before booking, and prepares funding packages for third-party lenders. You will collaborate with operations, syndications, and sales, with remote, exempt position.

Responsibilities

  • Generates live lease documentation quickly and accurately.
  • Audits data, attachments, and Document Request Forms submitted through front-end system.
  • Determines sales tax treatment on a contract-by-contract basis.
  • Prepares funding packages for sale to lenders.
  • Files UCC-1 and UCC-3 financing statements.
  • Updates document templates upon request.
  • Receives and reviews executed documentation packages for accuracy within internal credit, legal and documentation guidelines.
  • Compiles funding checklist to advise sales and operations departments.
  • Submits leases for transmission and booking in back end system.
  • Manages insurance portfolio and ensures compliance.
  • Sets up and issues live documents through electronic signature platform.
  • Diligently follows up on post-closing items.
  • Assists with submission of title/registration requests to third-party vehicle title processor.

Job Summary

The Documentation Analyst will join NextGen Equipment Finance’s team to assist with lease and funding contract generation and other operational functions from the time lease documents are requested until funding occurs. The Documentation Analyst maintains the integrity of working documents, serves as a key auditor of new lease applications before they are booked, and prepares funding packages for third party financing partners. In this role, the individual will work closely with the operations, syndications, and sales departments. This role provides ample opportunity for continued learning and growth within our quickly growing company. The Documentation Analyst reports to NextGen Equipment Finance’s EVP of Operations and primarily works remotely; this is an exempt position.
