HRS Talent Solutions is seeking a Document Renewal Reminder Assistant for a remote role in office administration. The position supports document expiry tracking, reminder workflow, and record attachment in a compliant tracker.
This role involves reading source documents, updating expiry dates, sending approved reminders, and maintaining an accurate history of communications. Part-time or full-time schedules are possible, with a secure home office required.

Full-time or part-time • 25.50–27.00 per hour
Some customer or internal records include a document with an expiry date. The Document Renewal Reminder Assistant keeps a list of approaching dates, sends approved requests for a current copy, and records when the replacement arrives. This remote role handles office administration around the document. It does not certify that a licence, insurance policy, or credential is valid for a specific legal purpose; the authorized team decides that.
A document may show an expiry date but still need specialist review. Enter the date accurately and follow the reminder schedule supplied by the employer. If the file is unreadable, ask for a better copy through the designated online channel. If a person says the replacement is in progress, note that response without changing the expiry date to a guessed future value. A later reviewer should see which document was received and what remains pending.
There may be several categories with different reminder periods. Use the correct guide for each one. If a person's name or account number does not match the existing record, refer it instead of attaching the file to a convenient entry. Customer service is present in the courteous reminder, clear explanation of what is needed, and avoidance of repeated messages after a document has already been received.
Experience in customer service or office administration can help, but no credential-review experience is required. Training will cover the document categories, reminder timing, and referral route. You should be comfortable with online records and dates, and able to resist marking something approved just because a file arrived.
The work is remote, with part-time or full-time schedules possible. A private home office or similarly secure workspace is suitable for document handling. The company will confirm actual coverage hours.
An expiry date can apply to a document, a supplier, a training record or an account. Check the document type and the responsible contact before sending a reminder; the same date in another field may refer to review rather than expiry. If an updated document arrives, verify that it matches the item being tracked and route any approval decision to the owner. Record whether a reminder was sent, whether a response came back and whether a replacement is still awaiting review. The tracker should show progress without claiming a record is valid just because a file was uploaded.
A person may provide a link instead of an attachment. Check whether the employer permits that method, and record the source without downloading materials into an unapproved location. If a document is renewed early, update the record from the verified replacement rather than retaining an outdated date. The training will define how to handle people who do not respond; your role is to maintain an honest status and route the issue, not to invent a sanction.
An updated file may arrive before your planned reminder. Recheck the record immediately before sending a scheduled message. That simple step prevents someone from being asked for a document they have already supplied and keeps the tracker credible.
