Document Production Specialist

Salary: £ 23,868 per annum, plus £20 monthly mobile phone allowance

Location: Fully remote, must be based in the UK

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shifts: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 3pm until 11pm with a 50 minute break; 2 x 10-minute paid breaks and 1 x 30-minute unpaid lunch

Williams Lea seeks a Document Production Specialist to join our team!

Williams Lea employees, nearly 7000 people worldwide, who provide efficient business services at client sites in often complex and highly regulated environments, from centralised Williams Lea onshore facilities, and through best cost company offshore locations.

Purpose of role

The role requires the individual to provide word processing and document production services for our clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Transcribing various digital tasks such as notes, letters, emails, court hearings, Zoom meetings, etc

  • Producing and amending agreements, correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, attachments etc from a variety of sources in house style and in line with the document production systems/procedures

  • Producing and amending PowerPoint presentations, flowcharts, mail merges and Excel spreadsheets

Personal attributes

  • Must have experience in transcription typing

  • Experience with MS Office

  • Experience as a Document Administrator or relevant role

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
