Document Production Specialist
Salary: £ 23,868 per annum, plus £20 monthly mobile phone allowance
Location: Fully remote, must be based in the UK
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shifts: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 3pm until 11pm with a 50 minute break; 2 x 10-minute paid breaks and 1 x 30-minute unpaid lunch

Purpose of role
The role requires the individual to provide word processing and document production services for our clients.
Key responsibilities
Transcribing various digital tasks such as notes, letters, emails, court hearings, Zoom meetings, etc
Producing and amending agreements, correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, attachments etc from a variety of sources in house style and in line with the document production systems/procedures
Producing and amending PowerPoint presentations, flowcharts, mail merges and Excel spreadsheets
Personal attributes
Must have experience in transcription typing
Experience with MS Office
Experience as a Document Administrator or relevant role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
