We’re looking for a full-time, staff Document Management Specialist, Projects to join our Day & Zimmermann team.
Provides guidance and the supervision required to manage assigned proposal and project documents, both internal and external on EPC proposals and projects across all D&Z market sectors. Uses defined processes and procedures, consistency in execution and Continuous Improvement Program across proposals and projects. Contributes to the competitive environment and functions as the functional representative for developing and maintaining processes and procedures supporting the "D&Z Way."
• 5+ years of relevant projects experience
In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $76,080 - $114,120. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
